"This is going to culminate in an opportunity you don't want to miss."

at issue still is that lots of people who control money jump on lots of perceived opportunities. they either think the culmination happened or just don't care -- they just don't want to miss it. these opportunities have presented themselves since early 2001, and the declines thereafter have not dampened the search for THE bottom that will take them to heaven. as long as we drop down, jump up, grind down, jump up, etc., we can't get a culmination. there still seems to be simply too much liquidity out there to get the sell off you are looking for. maybe the foreign money leaving as the dollar moves down will bring on the much-sought-after, culmination bottom.
