Sigh. The long term looks exceeding ugly, IMO.

I've been riding some QQQ puts and intend to ultimately put some DJX and SPX leap puts as my only 'long holds' in any financial instrument on any summer rally.

I don't do gold as I know practically nothing about it and can't get past the notion, I suppose, that it's mighty speculative. You know: with mines as such.

I think real estate as well is on the brink of a big-time crash.

It already is suffering here, of course, because of the tech base/ties to San Jose.

It's not suffering to the extent I expect it to, however, as there is still a lot of book-cooking, etc. in the DELLs, AMATs, etc. Again, IMHO.
