Interesting read on him at the following URL: panunkashmir.org Now it is also important to note that he was on Fox News last night propounding a theory on why Bush is sending his Defence Minister to India and Pakistan. According to him, since Pakistan has not given any assurance of a no first strike nuclear policy, Rumsfeld is going to share some hint of intelligence data that US has on Pakistan's nuclear arsenal. And should the war between India and Pakistan breakout, then the US will move swiftly to secure Pakistan's arsenal and then have India go after the terrorist camps in Kashmir. He also mentioned that it is the extremists and sympathizers of Osama people in the Pakistani govt. who are forcing the hands of President Musharraf and that they would love to see a nuclear war and have US dragged into it.
