Don Hurst: is it not true that the entire region of Northern... ...California (Bay Area and Silicon Valley) are completely built-out? Land-squeezed? Austin/DFW/Houston are not. Building in Austin -- hell, downtown -- half built INTC tower abandoned -- has slowed, to some extent. Need to consult some other Austinites here to get more than my observations. If this is the case in CA, that seems logical to me that residential housing 'values' are holding up -- so far. bia
