>>I'd rather buy some companies I know and like....and not worry about whether or not I had the perfect entry into buying those shares. << libby, your points are well taken....i guess the only thing i would say is that bubbles don't burst without creating a certain amount of chaos.... i look to the nikkei for my model these days wrt the naz....i don't see a 10 year bear...but i think we are just beginning to work off the excess when it comes to valuations vis a vis earnings growth.
