You might be right about Swartz having to go since he is the guy who okayed TYC's "aggressive" or "creative" accounting. Would someone provide the link(s) or cite an example of TYC's "aggressive" or "creative" accounting so that I may form my own opinion about their aggressive accounting methods. I am just wondering why TYC's "aggressive accounting" is labeled as such given it's within GAAP parameters. With all the media attention TYC is getting now coupled with the negative news on WMB, EP & MSFT, it appears to me TYC shall have some more downside tomorrow to retest its 52 week low of 15.25. I think TYC shall close around 15 to 15.25 tomorrow with an intraday low of 14.25.
