I also think Chairman Arafat is too weak to stop all the attacks by the outside groups unless he gets help from those same groups. Hence his thinking "outside of the box" by trying to get those groups on the side of peace. IMO, it is a Palestinian issue and the Palestinians should be allowed to decide what they want, without the influence of outside groups. IC
