We have the manpower to inspect and investigate, I imagine another five million Americans can volunteer for service to be trained on a variety of tasks, immediately. That takes leadership, which is missing now, with the administration ferociously in damage control, or some other persuit having nothing to do with Homeland Defense, which is the whole ballgame, dammit. Homeland Defense is still a joke, as if the arrogant idiots in Washington wouldn't be all that sorry if another attack occured, and martial law was "necessary".
