About those 3rd world debts: You seem to be pushing for forgiveness of those debts. Let me point out that I had nothing to do with running up the US national debt. I signed none of the bills that authorized that debt. I voted for none of those bills. So why do I get stuck with paying interest and principal on it?

And "forgiving" those debts- -the crditors aren't going to get stiffed, are they? What that must mean is US taxpayers- -who had nothing to do with contracting that debt- -will have to pay it off.

Now you said that 3rd world debt was contracted by a bunch of dictators and their cronies and the people had nothing to do with it.

What's the difference? Why do they get a pass and not I? Why do we get stuck paying off their debt?

Other than keeping liberals from crying, I see no justice here.
