You can add Russia to that one... hell we learned in 6th grade that the USSR centralized system was doomed to failure as they build these silly huge cannons and combines just to be the biggest and best and then found ou they didn't work. You could have read ANY 1/2 way left news publication [New Republic for example] and known that the USSR was imploding. So Regan guns the defense spending for big ass items outmoded on delivery based on lamo CIA out of touch morons looking behind every door for commies while throwing money at the likes of the Shaw and his secret police. The whole thing would be hilarious if it wasn't so sick. Now we are about to find out we outlasted the Russians due to our much better system just to find that we STILL pissed away way too much and ran up debt that is about to bite us in the ass. What ever... maybe they can sell a Trident or two to Bill Gates and his buddies at 1/10th cost for his long term vacations. DAK
