You're the only one suggesting stopping the war.

You are totally wrong about no investigations into what went wrong. The Pearl Harbor commission went into action within 11 days of the attack.

These investigations make for better decisions, a safer country, and the sorry excuses I'm hearing from the pitiful agencies fighting with each other raise the question that the newsweek author raised:

Who does the CIA think the enemy is?

He was referring to the often-termed enemy by CIA operatives as being various other agencies, like the FBI.

What we have here is a picture of infighting among privileged bureacrats building and protecting empires, at the expense of the safety of this country.

That's like falling asleep on guard duty.
And you know what they do to guards that fall asleep on guard duty.
You don't stop the war for that, either...
