recall that 12% of all US stocks were owned by foreigners as of last count a few months ago
sure, increasingly global investment community
but if Europeans and Asians decided to exit in April and May, how do you think evidence would be seen?

how about, lower index averages, lower major stocks, and lighter volume?
make sense?
