I respond to messages as I can. I simply don't have the time in my life to go through all the posts you list. If you have little children, you understand.

I did glance at some and they have to do with Kashmir. It is a mess and the U.S. will in no way shape or from be able to solve or mediate that issue. Only India and Pakistan can do it, and hopefully both sides have the good sense to know nuclear war would destroy both countries.

Besides, I find it beyond reason how the present regime in Israel claims his terrorist links, when previous regimes like that of Rabin along with Peres, met with him, signed peace treaties and even resulted in Nobel Peace prize for him and Peres. Is it the intent to imply that the world collectively does not know what they are doing and that only Sharon and his folks are the ones who know what they are doing?

Say what? We have more evidence that Arafat is a terrorist than we do that Osama bin Laden is a terrorist. Seriously. Sharon has brought the evidence to the US and the CIA and the DoD have publically said that the evidence is good. Even State says there is no reason to doubt the evidence.

As for Arafat being a terrorist, he is the Grandfather of modern terrorism. Who invented plane hijacking as a form of terrorism? Everything he has gotten his whole career has either been from terrorism or promising to stop terrorims. Don't just ask the Israelis; ask the Jordanians and the Lebanese what sort of place he ran in "Fatah-land".

The world knows that he's a terrorist; they just want to force Israel to deal with him anyway. But Arafat is such a liar that any deal he makes evaporates before the ink is dry. When the Israeli Left foisted Oslo on Israel, the Israeli Right said it would breed a war, and they were right. No deal with Arafat has ever held.
