This market has been good for 1-2 day short covering rally. Even TYC will come back after Manhanttan DA indites CEO on chiseling 8.5% NYS sales tax on personal purchases. I have personally dealt with many millionares who have tried to chisel on sales tax for personal using the ship empty box to out of state address routine. I guess DA inditement comes out of Southerby & Christie investigations. I wonder how many more CEOs and companies will be brought up on charges. The red flag will be those who didn't pay NYS sales tax claiming that art work was delivered out of state. It doesn't mean TYC is a totally bad company.
