Ex-Tyco CEO Indicted on Tax Evasion Jun 4 11:42am ET NEW YORK (Reuters) - L. Dennis Kozlowski was indicted Tuesday on charges he avoided sales taxes on expensive artwork, a day after he resigned as chairman and chief executive of conglomerate Tyco International Ltd. Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau said at a press conference that Kozlowski, 55, avoided paying New York state sales taxes on artwork, including works by Old Masters and impressionists. Later in the day, Kozlowski is scheduled to be arraigned before Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arlene Goldberg, the district attorney's office said. ____________________________________________________________ Now we have Denny and Kenny, with lead roles in "OOPS!
