slacker: Dumb question....is fraud included in the churn numbers? Obviously, it was included in the previous quarters numbers. As fraudulent users were ejected off the system. It appears that there was some sort of large scale movement in fraud in the first Quarter. Again, the fact that Cricket Terminated master distributor agreements would lead one to speculate that these distributors were somehow involved in the distribution scheme of this fraud. I would suspect that legal proceedings have been levied against these distributors for the amounts defrauded. I would think they would do so to send a strong message to the other distributors of Cricket products. PCSTEL
