My gawd, how many 100% do we expect?

It's getting downright embarrassing the returns we're getting on PM stocks. Every day, I wake up and say "Ok, this could be the day I lose 20%. I'm ready for it, it will happen eventually, I'll evaluate individual issues after it happens".

Other than that, "Let your winners run", or more succinctly (as someone else put it) "Ride the bitch till she dies".

But I think it's a mistake to get caught up in percentages. One day at a time.....

I am a slow reader so if you annualised that it would not be that great <g> -->Could happen before you finish the book.<<

No really, i am placing some bets (by not selling my whole portfolio) that we will see another 400% in a lot of names, hopefully the ones i hold exclusively) but it could be a longer time frame than what we all think. I sold about 25% of my whole position in PMs, it was not my decision, but rather my informal partner with whom i had had this business relationship for about 5 years. Were mostly in PMs, so there were some really thin times, but everything worked out to a good profit and she wanted out. Could have sold half the position and paid in cash (buy her out on some stocks) but decided that this was a good profit taking opportunity and it made the decision easy, instead of agonizing over which stocks, just sell the whole account. A bit against my wish, i sold 100% out of PAA, HL, DROOY and 50% of BAY and a small bio that ended up a loser. Still have GFI and SWG. In the case of SWG i just think it is not worth selling since it really has not moved since we bought it (in a 2.85 ) and we might as well give it some more time. GFI i would like to see it show a bit more ... hmmm profit i suppose, but it is quite weak lately, dont know why... May have to go tomorrow, the account has to be closed this week... My own account has some of the same names and some various others as well, so i am still 70% PMs. and bidding on some juniors , they just wont sell them at the price I want them.

See ARQ.v yesterday, break out on the break out or exhaustion? Huge volume, but all considered could have gone a lot higher with that kind of shares changing hands...

If you want yes or no, my guess is yes, but let's take each 100% at a time. After all from where we are, that's now a
20% move. Could happen before you finish the book. Could even happen before overnight delivery of the book<GGG>.
