Actually I think its one of the many signs capitulation is starting. The problem is the retail investor is selling @ the wrong time although not in the case with this stock. Its time to move on to another stock.

I suggested emlx (at a lower level where its fundamentals are more favorable, I expect to acquire it for 24x to 16x next years earnings) and on a rebound I expect a 50% gain (I can be wrong of course but it has a good balance sheet) since the woman needs over a 200% gain to get even.

There is less risk in many other stocks (even momentum stocks) than there is in TYC today.
