On the other hand, while trailer parks will always be trailer parks, downturns don't last forever, and Intel's 90nm products may arrive just in time for such a recovery. That would make the ROI quite positive a year or two down the line. I agree with Barrett that you can't save your way out of a recession, and I'm sure that mansion is going to look mighty nice when all the trailers move out, and the millionaire tycoons move in. wbmw
