I just got an angry PM re. my trading in NBSC.

It is true that I once promised not to sell shares below $10/share.

After disappointing Q3 '01 sales, I revised that promise down to $8, and I never sold a share for less. I exited from a large position during the high volume days at 8.25 to 8.50, or thereabouts. The stock sailed on up to $10. I was very effective at exiting from a non-liquid position when it became liquid, at a time when demand meant that the "stock" would not be damaged as a result of my exit.

I have been a net buyer, now that the stock is back below $7.50. I'm back to a decent-sized position, but not to the old overweight.

The post where I revised my promise.......

Regarding the "plan to hold a majority of my shares, long-term" part?

Two ways to answer that.......

1. I changed my mind, or

2. for me, five months is an eternity.

I consider it to be a buy. That's my opinion only, please get your own. I don't give buy or sell recommendations, and anyone who gets ticked at me, particularly re. NBSC, is out of line.

Fume.
