Actually, you can't place it squarely on their calls, but you can't help but point out that a bad situation is frequently made worse (or a good one better) by what they do.
With them, it's either all good or all bad. They manage on the extremes.

I certainly haven't done that, and I don't recall anyone else making precisely those claims, although people have attributed some of the recent stock drop to analysts. I don't even try to guess why things like this happen. I still have confidence in the long-term prospects of ORCL, but I wouldn't be shocked if they missed estimates for the last quarter.
