Most of his involvement was in soliciting more subscribers/drones
Most of the legwork was done by his subscribers or other "alleged" co-conspirators. I'd be surprised if there was more than a handful he could take sole credit for.
Not only did he not share credit when due, he gave the appearance it was all his work
Whatever he did, he did it strictly for his own gain.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is delusional.
Most picks of the past year were BB pennies. BB is the gallery of scams, but they are also the ones few have the resources to short.
Prior to that, it was the bubble stocks.
He probably saw the FBI info as another edge, legal or not.
Being he had resorted to BB shorts, it's obvious the pickings were wearing thin

Pubie,

Anyone who follows me knows I admit when picks go wrong. I criticize management constantly. I've got a diversified portfolio and never put more than a relatively small percentage into any speculative part of my portfolio. I am short at times and also write puts and calls. So, I don't get married to any one position. My rhetoric may sometimes be adversarial in exposing what I perceive as manipulative behavior. That may give someone like you an in to say that someone who exposes you is in bed with the company. Many of the Enterprise associates use this type of tactic. Many of them will have organge jumpsuits in their dreams.

You miss my point by trying to perhaps defend the actions of those that may have included you when you were part of the Enterprise perhaps. I'm suggesting, purely speculating, that this is the tip of the iceberg. The FEDS rarely take on this type of potentially embarrassing action unless they got it nailed totally. In all likelihood, they have passed on years and years of manipulative behavior.

It may very well be that the SEC is looking into this other stuff. Some of the aspects they MAY be investigating are trading in concert on leaked and misleading self-promoting PR's. This probably does not involve the FBI turn coats but it is still manipulation and subject to scrutiny under the Code and regulations thereunder.

Good luck,

RRUFFF
