Hi John, I'm still holding the ACG bond fund and biding my time. This balloon sure had a lot of hot air in it! It's taken over two years to deflate so far. Must have had a heavy dose of market viagra to take so long wearing off!

Knowing as we do that there's still huge amounts of money being sent to 401K plans and IRAs each month and quarter, it's interesting to speculate where the money is going and when it will return from "value" to "growth" stocks. I'm hoping that the Idiot Wave will give a clue as to when the next rally might begin. It gave us a very nice "Bullish" call after 9/11 and again with its "Bearish" call in recent times.

Maybe I'll sing a few rounds of WOOLY BULLY and see if that helps!!

Best regards,
Tom

Hi John,
Boy, I can't believe this potential POST GRUB was here waiting since June 3rd!!! Happy 2000th post!

Anyway, I thought you might be interested in seeing what the Idiot Wave was thinking about the market right now. It's been showing High Risk for a very long time and only now has been dropping some. You may like what you see at
aim-users.com

As is evident, the last two weeks have really hit hard on the IW's components taking all of them out of the Bearish camp and moving them to Neutral. One remains Bullish, but it's been there for a very long time.

I've made a commitment to ACG until we cross over the 40% Cash indicated by the IW. At that time I'll switch to QQQ and AIM it. Should it continue to descend, and pass the 30% cash mark, I'll change it over to UOPIX and AIM it on the Sell side only.

Since switching to ACG in January, the account's gained some nice dividends and the share price has actually risen a bit. Nice Parking Job!!!

We're getting a taste of summer in WI right now. Today it's mid 70s but tomorrow it's supposed to be high 80s and sticky.

Best regards, Tom
