I know JDN is a CPA and retired big 8 partner. As a big 8 partner if he was on the audit side he would have come accross SEC inquiries of clients and know the detail they require. Most inquiries never lead to investigations.

I've participated in 3 SEC investigations (numerous inquiries). In all 3 an audit was more involved although the SEC inquiry may be into a particular item and be more in depth as it relates to that item. Still doesn't mean the SEC uncovers an issue if management willfully hides information.

You can tell shareholders have still not capitulated out of this stock so the bottom is still not in.
