Good move. It makes no sense that Koz"s tax problems ,should effect TYC like this. With a new blocking and tackling/organic growth emphasis by TYC, many have thought that KOZ should be replaced anyway as he is a dealmaker and reorganizer of the companies acquired. Regardless, with the CIT IPO near and business strong everywhere except for electronics which is flat, this sell off is rediculous. Furthermore, TYCOM has a network finished without the debt load of the other bankrupts like GX, Flag, Metromedia etc and thus can be expected to be the first choice for carriers needing undersea fiber to lease which is a choke point usually.

Someone has been selling over the past two days--I've been hearing about so and so buying this value stock every since it was in the low 40's and what a screaming buy it what. Yeah...I think I can still hear them screaming.
