You are certainly right on that one! But you have focused on his mishits! If I beat another player in chess a few times, it does not necessarily mean I am the better player. I will have to beat him many more times, overtime, than he beats me before I can say I am the better player. So, by the same token, one judges an astrologer by his overall hits over a relatively long period of time than by a couple of mishits here and there. After all, an astrologer is human and is prone to making miscalculations and/or misintepretations. Ditto for learned and long time general practioners (medics).
