Does your implication of "the world" include George Bush since he has stated categorically that Arafat is here to stay until the Palestenians vote him out.

Yes indeed. The question at hand is not if Arafat is a terrorist (everyone knows the answer there), but if he can be gotten rid of. Bush is about to meet Sharon for the sixth time, but he has refused to meet Arafat even once.
