Yes, but there is nothing on Edgar where it would have showed up first. Just a mistaken posting I guess.

I think Nvidia's stock price is weak right now partially because of all the perceived competition from ATI and others in the upcoming quarters. However, I also expect most of the offerings to fall to the roadside, either by being too late to market, or not living up to the hype.

The fact that Nvidia's CEO recently said they had 12 chip tapeouts recently is significant. We know at least some of them: NV18 NV28 NV30 and the companion TT&L chip that goes with it. They are also working on a chipset for Clawhammer, which is probably several chips (not sure if by tapeout they mean individual chips or separate mask sets. I'm assuming the former.) That to me doesn't cover all the tapeouts though, so they may have something for a new market later this year.

Heard from the court that "All of the 3dfx matters set for 12/3 were continued to Jan. 11, 2005 at 11:00. No hearing took place on Friday."

This was what was on the docket: www.canb.uscourts.gov/canb/CALENDAR1.nsf/ 0/77313bb5c2e1349688256f180064cfce/$FILE/12-3.11.pdf
