I'll try to explain it, Hillbillies...Computers at 34% means that 34% of the Computer Index are on P & F Buy signals...

anything above 70% is supposedly risky for longs(overbought)...and
anything under 30% is supposedly risky for shorts(Oversold)...

but as Jorj points out we need to look at the historical..for instance the NDX BP fell all the way to 2 back
in Sept after the attack, finally at 2 we bounced...

today the NDX is at 26, so comparing it historically it may
have a long way to fall.

** i think this is correct description of BP's , someone can
correct me if i'm wrong...
