I guess it's Cheney and Powell who spent five months studying and tweaking the global warning report at the WH before sending it on to the UN. I think we are safe in concluding that it was wasn't Bush.

I see that in order not to think Bush is, shall we say, a somewhat dim bulb, you have to believe his own public statements were all made up by commies!
