"case was dropped due to lack of evidence " Evidence isn't something of interest to the CIA, FBI etc, according to their official explanations of "bungling", which is a polite way of saying they had other plans, according to the first whistleblower. Evidence isn't required either for the Bush Doctrine internationally. Nor for the tribunals announced earlier, which were theoretically amended to require it. Pretty good deal, isn't it? Run the show, and none of that bothersome evidence. Keep everything secret. Just what is needed for an all-powerful central government.
