Les, the greatest personal investor since Hilary Clinton. <g> It is really kind of sad in this case, as I thought he often brought a sane level of wrong-headed bullishness to Wall Street Week as opposed to most of the other nutburger bulls.

Something like this happened to a buddy of mine, but he didn't profit from it this much personally. This has been standard procedures for decades at firms where partners money traded with clients. Clients always want to know that their advisors are doing the same thing they are, but that can be as abusive as when they're not. Today, most firms have very tight procedures to prevent or lessen this abuse.
