I forget which active SI Anthony-related discussion forum it originally got posted on, but the Raimondo link mentioned the 9/11 Elgindy implications.

As I followed the link, I came across the Savannah Morning News story about the Fort Stewart soldier jailed and charged with planting remote-charged dynamite at the local power plant.

My puzzle is not so much the Elgindy aspect, but why the story doesn't appear on American newswires, and why the name of the soldier doesn't show in the Savannah Morning News search provision.

Moreover, a Google search on the name of the soldier only shows the original news story and a piece from the Moscow Times. I find this unusual. Do you or anyone else share in this puzzle?
