Here is a link to the story I was telling you about the other day. I know it probably sounded hard to believe, but it happened. The FBI's rationale was that their informant was so important in busting up the mafia, they simply had to make sure he never got fingered for the murder. Thus it was imperative to look the other way when the two innocent men got convicted.

I sure hope those brokerage companies take a look at all their clients and at least kick out some convicted criminals.

Elgindy confessed to a felony and went to prison for it - he already IS a convicted criminal, regardless what happens with the current charges.

Oh yeah, he violated his parole too. Another crime.
