It's our national addiction to foreign oil, not to drugs, that does the most to bankroll terror. I wouldn't tend to pick either one. Money always finds a way to a 'cause', where ever that money comes from. The IRA hasn't ever been short of money, they collect it on the streets. Get $10 from every Muslim family in the world and you've got a lot of cash. I agree that we should reduce our dependence on oil for a number of reasons, but I don't think it would make a lot of practical difference in the world of terror. jttmab
