You are correct. Investors Intelligence came out later after my post. New Update: Bulls Bears 5/31/02 48.9% 31.3% 5/24/02 53.0% 29.0% Highest Bearish percentage registered from II since 02/28/02. Combined NDX Rydex Ratio the past few days hasn't been this Bullish in a long time. NDX is ready to ramp for melt-up as Rydex Sector Funds Technology, Electronics, Telecom, Biotechnology and Internet Total Assets all confirm all systems go for NDX launch. Best Regards, J.T.
