Yes, this clears it up---hopefully.<g> Thanks. It looks like yourself, John Goren and others are in agreement as to how most companies are handling employee stock option expense reporting to the IRS.

And following up from this, I am still in agreement with Levin/McCain that it isn't right for companies to be writing off this employee stock option compensation expense with the IRS, but then pretending employee stock options are not a compensation expense when they provide earnings reports to shareholders.
