Mike,
My father dropped dead at age 46 because of alcoholism and hearing my mother's anguish stories of him disappearing for weeks at a time and her having to take menial jobs in a school cafeteria and local dry goods store, making a few bucks an hour, to put food on our table...kind of turned me against drinking. But I do know a lot of Baptist that drink behind closed doors.
