LOL! Yes, US needs more intelligence, that's for sure, in the real definition of the term.

Not more budget for the so-called intelligence services, tho', they are overfunded, under-managed, illegally used, and pose a substantial threat to all Americans, liberty, freedom, media and economy.

They need to face the music, be dismantled, and rebuilt with trustworthy principles, and people.

Won't happen under this administration, since they have a nasty habit of paying our enemies generous fealty, like Saudi dictators that want military force to protect their dollar flow to terrorist blackmailers that kill Americans.
And paying American treasury dollars to Columbian warlords to protect private oil companies. And granting rewards to support to a corrupt CIA that does it's bidding. Etc. etc. So, there's a pattern here, that doesn't look good for cleaning up corrupt and useless intel services.
