As someone who only has seriously followed PM's for 2 years, Let me ask you the same questions I asked Kirby.

Do you think the silver and gold rally has legs? What is your gut feeling for how things will unfold in the next 2-3 years? And finally, do you believe Butler and GATA's claims of manipulation of the PM markets?

Bob, were you trading metal stocks during the 1979 - 1981 mania? If so, I would be interested to hear your thoughts on the perception of mining stocks at that time. My only experience of any bullish magnitude was the 93-97 period and I have to assume that it was dwarfed by the 79-81 period. Wondering also if you were part of the herd or did you bail out of the market at some point due to it's maniac nature?

<After a decent run>

Bob, this is much more than a decent run... at least in stocks. There are too many multi hundred percent winners. Altough we will have nasty corrections, this is only the start. Sure the bull market in gold and silver is not yet confirmed, I think, but the odds are it will be sooner or later. And there is only one reason for that: the US dollar has topped. (I know, you do not buy this argument -:))
