Wouldnt your two arguments be equally true for normal employee compensation?

"Tax benefit" is shorthand for "Tax benefit from exercise of stock options", as used in QCOM's latest 10-K. No options .. no tax benefit .. makes the args not applicable.

I was hoping someone would notice neither argument resulted in "single taxation", where individuals and corporations alike pay their fair share.
