I must provide you with some information that may cause you to think twice about your statement "doofy pretending he knows anything about the environment other than "we need rain in Texas."

There is some evidence that he does. Washington City has rarely felt the sting of a tornado. However since Mr. Bush entered the city, the Washington area has felt two killer tornados. The first was in the vicinity of College Park, Maryland in 2001. The second was in La Plata, Maryland in 2002. More recently, another tornado bounced throughout the Maryland suburbs. These tornados appear to be focused on the state of Maryland which has a democrat governor and two democrat senators.
