last year or the year before I posted a rather long-winded ramble on the bubble in generating turbines. Tonight I talked to one of the companies that helped contribute in a big way. I am surprised at how surprised this exec sounded about what happened. <ng> That bubble is now done and suffering a pretty rapid unwinding ...

I recall the vendors touting having sold a huge number of machines ... all they are sitting on now is million dollar calls they sold per each machine ... the right to buy these machines. Behind these are all the vendors that were going to supply this mfr with piece parts...

Bubble on ... who's next?
