How many recent questions was it, by your count, that weren't able to manage to answer, 11? There have been a few more questions since then that you haven't been able to deal with. They weren't even hard questions.

Need an example to refresh your memory? How about the question on a Certified Public Accountant determining the curriculum for a Software Engineering program. We both know why you wouldn't answer that question.

Did you know the content of media courses in an Education curriculum? No. Did you know whether it was a required course or an elective? No. We both know why you wouldn't answer those questions.

You didn't know that individually approved Appropriations bills comprised the Federal Budget. You scoffed that was 'arcane'. That arcane bit of information been on the front pages of every major newspaper twice a year, every year, for months at a time; longer than you've been alive. And you think that's arcane? If that's not enough, it's directly related to your livelihood. You can't work on a Federal job without an approved Appropriations Bill or continuing resolution. It's in the FAR.

Speaking of the FAR, you didn't know the most fundamental requirements of time charging policies in the FAR. I know that everyone that worked for me knew the time charging policies required by the FAR; from the degreed professionals to the secretaries. But not you. Pretty fundamental to working on a Federal job.

Accounting practices for companies doing Federal work. You're clueless. You had some bizarre notion that the company pays for it's mistake rather than the taxpayer. Laugh a minute. The non-reimbursed portions of a contract affect the loading rates for future Federal work. The taxpayer always pays. You didn't know that.

ABM treaty. You claimed that the US was prohibited from developing an ABM system. Wizard that you are with a whole 6 months of history in the business. Did it matter that I provided you the text of the ABM Treaty from the State Department that showed that the US was allowed to build an ABM System? No.

How many more pages of supporting detail would you like?

I don't mind that you're uninformed and unable to support or defend any position. Just don't be so proud of it.
