That sector just can't get up. Unfortunately.... they were buyers of other tech stuff like servers and software. That's why I think that when that sector improves, the rest of tech follows.

Orcl: Been there done that with Larry and Co... only to find out later they lower guidance or miss revenues. We just don't learn.
