Perhaps I know more about gun-toters than you might ... ...imagine, 'Dave.' Hey: do you know anything about John Ashcroft's possible interests (that make him money in some direct or indirect manner) of keeping dying people alive in NURSING HOMES? And KIDNEY DIALYSIS operations. Did you know that ALL patients requiring kidney dialysis get it? It's paid for by the U.S. government. I don't know precisely which agency 'provides it,' but I DO know that doctors/private investor groupps MAKE MONEY from it. From those government 'funds.' I'm thinking he gets campaign contributions from the sector ... Keeping the terminal expensively alive against their wills has to have a monetary appeal to the man. It's GOT to be the MONEY. Why else would he risk appearing like a crass, inhumane, 'Christian' bad samaritan? ??????????????????????????????? bia
