Not dead. The Karin A should be a good retirement post for Arafat. Sail the Indian ocean, its beaches: Seychelles, Maldives, Laqdives, even Comorran islands. I am sure some revolution can be orchestrated in the Comoran. He is experienced in uprisings, he has credentials. But I doubt it would happen : the whole Aran nation has learned how to survive : orchestrated shouting massed So any leader can do almost anything he wants because if he is attacked by the US or IS, the whole Arab muslim world is tuned in by their respective propaganda machine. They have protected Saddam and Khadaffi from the US, and Iran too. The Pals do this symmetrically with the Israelis. And the Saudis do it just the same, against the Americans now, because they do start to worry that America has seen into their game, and does not like what she is seeing. Does not like it at all.
