Explain how keeping the polls open longer in St. Louis to accommodate voters already in line violated election rules. In fact, this situation came about as part of a systematic GOP plan to harass minorities. Similar to what Rehnquist, when he was a GOP party hack, did in Arizona a half-century ago.

The true vote count is a matter of obsfucation. It really wouldn't matter how much Gore won by, the judges were determined to pick the President.
