will: You are dead on. The RBOC's have been the biggest impediment to the last mile. They were able to get as much rev from 2 analog lines as they were from 1 DSL line so what was their incentive. And they must have been less than cooperative in setting up the shared premises facilities that were supposedly going to let the CLEC's compete. Wireless will be the way around it and will be wireless not controlled by the RBOC's.JFD
