BKX is definitely doing the scary failure thing. Down lead by the banks is a necessary component for any possible wee BK.

One of the features of good down is repeated failed moves to the upside. How frustrating this must be for bulls. The bulls and the wiggle traders keep trying to get long and keep getting hosed. Eventually, they give up. That's when we want to look to get long.
